New Home Builds

A new build is the most involved thing we do, and it's where thirty years of on-site experience matters most: setting out and casting foundations, framing and roofing, then the long, careful finish that turns a structure into a home you actually want to live in. We run the whole job as one team — there's no handing you between contractors halfway through.

Every build is different, but the shape of the work is consistent. We take a set of plans — your own, or ones we design and detail for you — and turn them into a fixed scope you can budget against, so you break ground with clarity and no surprises. From there we run the site: coordinating trades, ordering materials and keeping the programme moving so the project doesn't stall between phases.

What we build

We take on full residential new construction — single and double-storey family homes, from compact to substantial. A few recent projects give a sense of the range:

• Pearl Valley Golf Estate, Paarl — a double-storey home, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, built inside a Western Cape golf estate where design rules and finish standards are non-negotiable.
• Zebula Golf Estate, Bela Bela — a larger double-storey with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an entertainment area, swimming pool, jacuzzi and four garages.
• Gansbaai — a four-bedroom, three-bathroom double-storey built from the ground up on the Western Cape coast, exposed to everything a sea-facing site brings.

How a build runs

• Plans and scope — we work from your plans, or prepare a full design and floor-plan package, then price a clear, fixed scope.
• Groundwork to structure — site setup, foundations and the structural shell.
• Finishes — the details that make the home: tiling, joinery, fittings and finishes.
• Handover — a completed home, walked through and signed off.

Because we're a single team from foundation to finish, there's one point of accountability for the whole project.
